HAPPY WOMEN’S DAY.

Today in every corner of the world, people are treating the women in their life special, bringing flowers, cakes, gifts, preparing dinner but then again what about tomorrow or the day after tomorrow?

Women’s Day is not about just this one day, it’s not just those gifts and flowers that matter, it’s the respect, the love the care women get on this particular day that makes it special. Why not treat women as if every day is a Women’s Day?

It’s weird seeing people loving women for a day and then go back to treating them as trivial for the rest of the year and wait again for the next Women’s Day.

I feel so so proud when I see or read about any women accomplishing their dreams, breaking stereotypes and social barriers.

I hope to see a world where women’s success is not considered as a menace, where women’s choice is not being challenged, where women’s decisions will be taken as seriously as the other gender’s, where women earning more will not hurt the ego of the men, where women will not be treated as inferior, where women will be respected they deserve.
